Organic tapioca maltodextrin is a complex, highly branched carbohydrate source made from cassava root. It is less sweet than most sugars, allowing a high concentration to be more palatable.
Crystalline fructose is a fruit sugar with a lower glycemic index and slower absorption rate than the maltodextrin, and is metabolized by a different pathway. This provides less strain on your digestive system while releasing those carbs more gradually.

Sea salt provides serious sodium, minor amounts of other electrolytes, and helps make the salty lemonade flavor I can really drink all day (after day after day).
Magnesium malate is great for active absorption of Mg, which is critical for active muscle recovery and neurological function.
Potassium citrate is a way better source of this critical operator in muscle function, compared to the bananas we cyclists so love to carry.

Organic evaporated cane sugar has not been filtered through cow bone char, as with regular refined sugar. Just two grams of sugar per serving, but the glucose helps facilitate electrolyte absorption into the bloodstream, unlike with stevia. I also just don’t like the stevia taste, to be honest.
